JP GIDA Tic. Ltd. Şti (JP FOOD Tra. Co. Ltd.) establishes, operates and/or franchise the concepts providing to present JUICE PLANET fruit juice and vegetable juice those prepared with healthy, nutritious, tasty and special formulas, to customers in attractive formats in a quickly way.

In addition that SINGLE FRANCHISE contract can be conducted with different companies for each sales point in Turkey, it also can sign MULTI-UNIT FRANCHISE contract with one company that is reputable in identified region, consisting more than one sales point.

In the contracts those covering out of the borders of the country, SINGLE FRANCHISE contract can be conducted with Turkish or foreigner companies for a single sales point, MULTI-UNIT FRANCHISE contract can be conducted for more than one point in an identified region or AREA FRANCHISE (MASTER FRANCHISE) contract can be conducted in a way to cover to give sub-franchise right in an identified region.

Franchise Subject Sales Point Concept:

  • Stand,
  • The point in 8-12 m2 dimension taking place in Mall, plaza and open areas,
  • Sales instant packaged fruit juices,
  • Extract simple mixture fruit juices in place,
  • Working hours are determined depending on customer conditions,
  • 2-3 employees work in such place,
  • The lowest capital cost

Kiosk

  • The point in 15-35 m2 closed and open seating area taking place in Mall, plaza, open area and stores,
  • Sales instant packaged fruit juices,
  • Prepares and services cocktail fruit juices in place,
  • It serves instant packaged or quick preparing particular foods,
  • It works in self-service style, uses single use package and service materials,
  • Working hours are determined depending on customer conditions,
  • 2-4 employees work and provide packaged service in such place,
  • It has relatively a little high capital cost compared to the stands.

Café

  • The point in 80-250 m2 closed or open seating area taking place in Mall, plaza, avenue and open areas,
  • Decoration and settlement particular for JUICE PLANET brand,
  • Cold and hot drinks are served in the hall with easy prepared foods,
  • Working hours are determined depending on customer conditions,
  • 4-8 employees work,
  • Its capital cost is relatively high compared to others.

Franchise Contract Rights and Obligations:

  • The rights of JUICE PLANET brand and JP franchise system belong to JP GIDA TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.. In all regions, brand registration is performed on behalf of JP GIDA.
  • Business partners who have single-franchise, multi-unit franchise and master franchise contracts with JP GIDA, hold contract rights by signing and they are obliged to perform their obligations indicated in the contracts.
  • The products of JP GIDA, are produced in the facilities making production and also in Gaziemir/ İZMİR/TURKEY, the products are delivered as frozen or pasteurized, franchise companies cannot purchase these products from a different producer or distributor.
  • With the purpose of increasing productivity, if it is decided that required conditions are provided, with the purpose of supplying various sales points, production facility can be established in the regions by JP GIDA, partnership can be established with franchise business partner or establishment right can be provided as licensed.
  • Contract period of franchise contract varies based on the structure of established franchise. Single franchise contract is signed for 10 years and multi-unit franchise and master franchise contracts are signed for 15 years. At the end of contract period, a contract over new prevailing conditions to be agreed and revised. Franchise contracts cannot be transferred in any case.
  • In any case, JP GIDA reserves the right to renew or not renew the contract. In case that the Inspection Score that is taken in audits performed during contract period, is less than 50 % success score, the contract cannot be renewed. In case that it is over 90 %, in the new contract to be signed at the end of contract period, 20 % discount is applied in system entrance fee.
  • JP GIDA evaluates and decides sales point establishment offer proposed by franchise partner. Also, final decision to close an available point, is taken by JP GIDA.

In domestic contracts:

  • Real estate renting contracts within the country, are conducted between JP GIDA and work place property owner, and then it is sub-rented to franchise company by JP GIDA.
  • Architectural project drawing of JUICE PLANET sales points in accordance with stand, kiosk and café concept, settlement and decoration design, construction and architectural practice, product menu/pricing, personnel training and supplying the products to be sold are under the responsibility of JP GIDA.
  • Before and after opening sales point, during routine operation; visiting expenses of the persons assigned and JP GIDA personnel due to need for operation, auditing, training or requirement, shall be covered by franchise company.
  • Preparing and printing the manual covering business standards and procedures are the responsibility of JP GIDA.
  • JP GIDA performs audits 4 times in a year by its own team or via mystery shopper, grades and makes warnings/suggestions about shortcomings.
  • In the regions identified with multi-unit franchise partner, JP GIDA prepared expansion plans. Expansion actions are taken with the mutual agreement.
  • If franchise partner cannot perform operation in accordance with the standard, does not comply with commercial conditions, does not take required steps as a result of auditing report and does not consider warnings made by JP Gıda, after the second warning in written, it shall pay a penalty as much as 15 % of total franchise turnover of previous month before the warning, after that, if nonconformity is repeated and not removed, region narrowing (3.warning) shall be done and if it is insisted to repeat (4.warning), the contract shall be terminated.
  • JP Gıda or franchise partner cannot run business in the same business branch where they will compete with each other. At the end of the contract, this bonding articles becomes invalid.

In abroad contracts:

  • In abroad, franchise company makes renting.
  • In abroad franchise works, in addition that JP GIDA has the responsibility for architectural project drawing of JUICE PLANET sales points in accordance with stand, kiosk or café concepts, settlement and decoration design, franchise company shall be responsible from architectural practice, construction activities, and product menu, pricing and locally supplying some products. Constructing sales point in accordance with architectural project of JP GIDA, locally supplying furnitures and other materials to be used, shall be performed by franchise company.
  • The menu is determined by JP Gıda, franchise companies can make addition providing to take approval of JP Gıda.
  • Before and after opening sales point, during routine operation; visiting expenses of the persons assigned and JP GIDA personnel due to need for operation, auditing, training or requirement, shall be covered by franchise company.
  • Preparing the manual covering business standards and procedures are the responsibility of JP GIDA. Translation and printing of the manual is the responsibility of franchise partner.
  • JP GIDA performs audits 4 times in a year, grades and makes warnings/suggestions in written.
  • JP Gıda and franchise partners prepare development plan for the region, prepare development plans together with single, multi-unit and area franchises.
  • As a rule, Area Franchise (Master Franchise) partners established sales point in previously determined number, at the end of 1 year, with the permission of JP Gıda, franchise contracts are conducted with third parties in the identified region.
  • Multi-unit and master franchises leave sufficient source for development of the business, they create staff and substructure for office, business, logistics, training and marketing. In addition that JP Gıda is responsible of training, establishing training and control system is the responsibility of franchise partner.
  • If franchise partner cannot perform operation in accordance with the standard, does not comply with commercial conditions, does not take required steps as a result of auditing report and does not consider warnings made by JP Gıda, after the second warning in written, it shall pay a penalty as much as 15 % of total franchise turnover of previous month before the warning, after that, if nonconformity is repeated and not removed, region narrowing (3.warning) shall be done and if it is insisted to repeat (4.warning), the contract shall be terminated.
  • JP Gıda or franchise partner cannot run business in the same business branch where they will compete with each other. At the end of the contract, this bonding articles becomes invalid.

Juice Planet Franchise System Costs

System entrance fees

  • Single franchise partners pay different entrance fees based on the concept of sales point. The amounts to be paid for different concepts are as follows; 10.000 $ for each stand, 15.000 $ for kiosk and 30.000 $ for café. 50 % of entrance fee is paid in the contract signing day, and the other half is paid in the day when the sales point is opened to the bank accounts of JP Gıda.
  • Multi-unit franchise partner pays 50.000$ to the bank accounts of JP Gıda at the day of contract signing as system entrance fee. In the region identified in the contract, system entrance fees to be paid for the sales point to be established in the first year of the contract, are deducted from this amount. When the first year of the contract is over, the remained amount is not transferred to the next year and it is recorded as profit for JP Gıda. When there is a system entrance fee to be paid over 50.000$ for the first year, 50 % of the amount over 50.000$, is paid in cash, the other half is paid to the bank accounts of JP Gıda in the opening day of sales point. System entrance fee of each sales points to be established in 2. year and following years, is paid as 50 % in cash with the decision of establishing new sales point and the other half is paid in the day of opening. Multi-unit franchise partner pays 8.000$ for stand, 12.000$ for kiosk and 24.000$ for café as system entrance fee.
  • Area franchise (master franchise) business partner pays 100.000$ to the bank accounts of JP Gıda in the day of contract signing as system entrance fee. In the region identified in the contract (country) only Juice Planet can establish sales point in the first year and system entrance fees to be occurred from these, are deducted from this amount. When the first year of the contract is over, remained is not transferred to following year and it is recorded as profit for JP Gıda. When there is a system entrance fee to be paid over 100.000$ for the first year, 50 % of the amount over 100.000$, is paid in cash, the other half is paid to the bank accounts of JP Gıda in the opening day of sales point. System entrance fee of each sales points to be established in 2. year and following years by master franchise or sub-franchise, is paid as 50 % in cash with the decision of establishing new sales point and the other half is paid in the day of opening to the bank accounts of JP Gıda. Master franchise partner pays 8.000$ for stand, 12.000$ for kiosk and 24.000$ for café as system entrance fee, and sub-franchise partner pays 4.000$ for stand, 6.000$ for kiosk and 12.000$ for café as system entrance fee.

Brand franchise fee and support fee

  • Single franchise business partner pays an amount which is 5 % of its monthly turnover to the bank accounts of JP Gıda up to 20. day of following month as brand franchise and support fee.
  • Multi-unit franchise business partner pays an amount which is 5 % of its monthly turnover of its all branches to the bank accounts of JP Gıda up to 20. day of following month as brand franchise and support fee.
  • Area franchise (master franchise) business partner pays an amount which is 3 % of its monthly turnover of its all branches and 2% of its total monthly turnover of its all branches of sub-franchises, to the bank accounts of JP Gıda up to 20. day of following month as brand franchise and support fee.
